About the Authors

Otakuden is a Japanese Culture, Fashion, Anime, Manga, Toy's and Tech blog. Basically I decided to post about all the cool stuff that comes to "us" (the rest of the world) from Japan. Inspired by HappySoda, Danny Choo, Gizmodo, Engadget, and Japanese Streets Otakuden's posts will cover a variety of topics. Pretty much anything that strikes our fancy. Please note as we get settled in, we will start to include anime reviews, PVC Model gallery, and event coverage. So make sure to stop by often and see what we are cooking up next. ^_^

Jayelle: is our editor and she will be cracking the whip on me to stop torturing our readers with my never ending free thought run on sentences from hell. By day she's a literary agent and by night she dives into the otaku world watching anime, combing J-cool sites and sampling wild Japanese fashions. She's trying to shake her "newbie" tag by investigating and writing articles about what's hot in otakuland: from art exhibits and fashion recaps, to pop culture and lifestyle reviews. >_<

Lupin IV: is our day to day blog-master. He's a musician as well as an anthropologist. He's a relatively green Otaku, but eager to scour the vast reaches of the interweb for the latest and greatest from Japan.
